Scots News · BL Cross Country Summer Practices

During the Summer of 2020, we are practicing Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30 a.m. at the BLHS track. Some days we will take the school vans to an away location for a change of scenery and to have a fun practice.

If you can’t make the practices, still run on your own. 3-5 miles or 20-45 minutes each day is an appropriate amount for summer training.
