The Cross-Country team competed Wednesday September 13th at the City/County Championships. The girl’s team was led by Mckenzie Castorena and the boy’s team was led by Josh Medsker. The Cross Country team competed at the 2017 Pre-region meet on September 6 at the Cottonwood complex in Salt Lake City. The competition was extremely good as there were teams competing from both region 11 and region 13. The Scots were led by senior Mckenzie Castorena on the girl’s side and by junior Josh Medsker
3 Cross Country runners qualified for the state meet next week. They are, Madelynn Neneman, Joshua Medsker and Joseph Richey. Congratulations to these fine athletes and good luck at state. The state meet will be held at Sugar House Park on Wednesday, October 19th.
The Cross-country meet this week is hosted by Ridgeline at Milleville South Park, 510 E 300 S Milleville, UT. The girls race will start at 4 pm followed by the boys race at 4:30.
